Gusto makes running payroll RIDICULOUSLY EASY. When I initially put myself on payroll I was overwhelmed by all the forms and procedures, but by using Gusto I was able to get up and running in about 15 minutes. It allows you to run payroll in just a few clicks, and/or set it to auto-run. Prices are very reasonable, and their support is excellent. I’ll definitely continue using Gusto as I add employees and benefits.
If you sign up for Gusto through my affiliate link, both of us will get a $100 Amazon gift card after you run your first payroll.
WPengine is my recommended hosting company, and I’ve been with them for over 5 years! There are so many reasons I love WPengine – my websites are faster, automatic daily backups are done, and there’s a “staging area” where I can test things before implementing them on the live site. Their tech support is very helpful, too.
You can get 20% off your first month with a personal plan (1 website) or business plan (up to 25 websites) – or pay for a year and get two months free – this is what I do!
MailChimp has been my e-mail provider since day 1. They are one of the best-priced options, and they’re always improving. I make heavy use of their automation capabilities and their tagging functionality, which lets me customize and automate my e-mail marketing. The easy-to-use and mobile-friendly templates make it a breeze to create and send nicely-designed e-mails.
